orders

  • We will only process your order once payment has been made.

    Once your payment has been made, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the details of your order.

  • Please email us at info@bakeree.com.au as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate the changes.

    Changes can only be made at least 48 hours prior to your order date and subjected to capacity. We are unable to promise order changes if ingredients are limited.

  • Cancellation after payment has been made will incur a 15% admin fee of the amount of your order. To get a full refund (minus admin fee), you must inform Bakeree a week prior to your order date. 

    If production has begun, we strictly do not provide a refund and would fulfil your order as per what has been paid for. If you would like to change the delivery/pick-up arrangements instead, please get in touch with us.

pick-up


  • We are a home-based bakery located on Russell St, Melbourne CBD. Full address will be provided upon order confirmation.

  • Pick-up times are as follows (unless otherwise stated during order confirmation / our communications)

    Mon - Fri : 11am-1pm and 5-7pm

    Sat, Sun & Public Holidays : 10am-12pm

    If your order is not collected during the stipulated time on the scheduled date, it will be deemed to be forfeited by the customer. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds.

    In the event of an urgent matter, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for an alternative.

  • We would highly appreciate if you could inform us of your approximate pick-up time between the pick-up time window as soon as you are able to confirm it.

    When you arrive at the premise, drop us a message and kindly wait infront of the building while we bring down your order.

    A photograph of the order with the recipient may be snapped at the point of pick up to ensure that we have the person on record who has received the order.

  • As we engage an external delivery partner, our delivery time is only between 1-5pm.

    We are unable to promise a specific time therefore it is important to ensure someone is home during the delivery window period.

  • Please ensure recipient is contactable during the delivery time slot. If the recipient is not around and is unreachable during the delivery timing, your order will be deemed forfeited or a surcharge is applicable for reattempted delivery.

  • Please email us at info@bakeree.com.au as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate the changes.

    Changes must be informed at least 48 hours before order initial date and new delivery date cannot be less than 24 hours from the time you inform us.

  • We welcome self pick-up in the event the recipient is unable to be home during the delivery window period.

    There is also the option to engage Uber Connect however this would have to be done via customer's app. We will only pass the order to the Uber Connect driver and will not be liable for any risks once the order has been passed to the Uber Connect driver.

    Other alternatives could be arranged i.e. leave at reception, leave at safe place. The alternative arrangement must be specified when placing order and we have the right to cancel the order if the arrangement is deemed unreasonable.

    Bakeree will not be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever resulting or arising once the order has been delivered according to the customer's instructions.

  • If you have missed your order, we will try our best to redeliver the order however this would incur a reattempted delivery charge. This can only be scheduled once. There will be no replacements, cancellations and refunds.

  • Please reach out to us at info@bakeree.com.au for orders that require more than 5 delivery locations and within 15km from Melbourne CBD. We will try our best to assist with the delivery arrangement.

    For products from our store, our website can only process each address as separate orders. Please place a new order for each different address.

  • Unfortunately we don't :(

    Kindly note all our bakes are prepared by hand in a premise which uses shared equipment and handles dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, gluten and/or may contain traces of other nuts and crustaceans. Whilst we do our best to prevent cross-contamination from allergens, we are not an allergy-free bakery.

  • Unfortunately we do not have Halal certification. Most of our bakes are alcohol-free and meat-free unless specified. If there is the use of gelatine, we will specify the source of gelatine.

  • Absolutely! We would require minimum 2 weeks notice as some of our ingredients are imported overseas or have limited supplies.

  • Yes. Our home-based kitchen is licensed and registered under the Melbourne City Council. The Environmental Health Officer conducts a routine inspections at least once a year to ensure hygiene and food safety meets the satisfactory level.
